Pre-registration and Enrollment

You can pre-register if you have passed the entrance exams* or if you are exempt from them.

Those who do not meet the requirements set by the Department of Education for direct access to higher-level vocational cycles in visual arts and design must pass the entrance exams organized by the department. The registration periods for the extraordinary call for the specific part in June and pre-registration for the cycles coincide from May 25 to May 31. Therefore, interested individuals can register for the exam and simultaneously pre-register for the cycle with a zero (0) grade. The center will incorporate the grades obtained in the June exam within the claim period of the pre-registration process.

The calendar for the enrollment process for the next academic year is as follows:

Pre-registration

You can complete the process online through the portal.

This eliminates the need to submit the application and documentation in paper form at the center, and is replaced by using the online form and sending the necessary documentation via email to the official email address of the center requested as the first option.

Those who do not have the means to carry out the online procedure, and to ensure equity, can process their application in person. To do this, request an appointment at the center by calling 977 21 12 53.

Assignment

Applications are ordered according to the entrance exam score, the average grade of the academic record of the studies that give the right to exemption from the entrance exam or direct access.

Additionally, 33% of the places in the higher-level cycles are reserved for those who access without meeting the academic requirements, by passing the entrance exam (common part and specific part). If not all the places for one of the access routes are filled, they will be occupied by students from the other route.

Regarding the pre-registration of students pending the entrance exam, as the exam is after the pre-registration dates, it is important that they submit their applications even if they do not have the exam result, because the calendar has been coordinated so that the exam management area can retrieve the exam scores from the GEDAC application for assignment.

You can formalize the enrollment during the ordinary period if you are admitted and meet the access requirements or have passed the entrance exam and completed the pre-registration process.

Required documentation:

Two passport-size photos
Copy of DNI/NIE/PASSPORT
Copy of health card
Original and copy of the access qualification or entrance exam (receipt / grade certificate / entrance exam certificate)
Social Security Number (NUSS). (Where to obtain the NUSS).

Specific documentation for enrollment fee reductions:

Original and copy of the large family / single-parent family card
Original and copy of the last payroll of Diputación worker
Original and copy of the ICAS notification of the disability degree
Original and copy of the protection order for the victim of gender-based violence and their dependent children, or the court sentence of the facts. Exceptionally, through the report of the Public Prosecutor indicating evidence that the reporting person is a victim of gender-based violence.
Original and copy of the report of victims of terrorist acts
Original and copy of the corresponding administrative resolution if you are a victim of terrorist acts. In the case of spouses and children, the family book must also be attached.
Original and copy of the certificate issued by the Directorate General for Child and Adolescent Care or equivalent body from other autonomous communities (for young people under guardianship)
Original and copy of the refugee or stateless person asylum application receipt.

Students who meet the academic requirements at the time of enrollment but for justified reasons cannot present the corresponding proof of documentation will enroll conditionally. Enrollment will be canceled if the pending documentation is not submitted before the start of the course.

Students with foreign qualifications must provide proof of the homologation or validation process with the presentation of the valid provisional registration certificate. Note that this certificate is only valid for one academic year. In any case, enrollment is subject to a positive resolution of the homologation or validation application. Centers must inform the Department of Education of students enrolled conditionally with proof of having started the homologation process and must follow up until the resolution of the homologation or validation process, in order to verify the fulfillment of the academic access requirements.
