Job Board

Job Board
The school contacts local companies that regularly and professionally show interest in the center's students.

The Job Board is a service of the School of Art and Design of the Diputación in Tarragona to connect alumni of the center (who are seeking employment as professionals within the field of their studies at the school) with those companies, institutions, and professionals that communicate job offers to the school.

The EADT has an extensive list of companies related to the seven cycles offered at the center; companies that need specialists in animation, web and/or mobile app design, illustrators, photographers, graphic designers, painters, and artisan jewelers.

Registration for the Job Board

Students of official studies who already hold the title can register for the Job Board. Students who are completing their final or integrated project (and have therefore completed all or most of the subjects of the training cycle) can also register.

Those who wish to register for the Job Board can do so by sending an email to the center’s secretary: sec.eadt@dipta.cat.

Operation and Protocol

When the School receives a job offer, it is communicated to the registered alumni via email.

Companies that want to send a job offer to the Job Board can do so by sending an email to the center’s secretary: sec.eadt@dipta.cat.

Offers considered inappropriate will not be communicated based on criteria such as:

  • The offer appears unjustifiably discriminatory (addressing only women or men without justification, only students from a specific geographical origin, etc.).
  • The offer involves unjustifiably undervaluing the professional profiles we train at the school (assigning tasks far above or below the demanded professional profile, or with manifestly insufficient compensation, etc.).

Under no circumstances will the School provide companies with the personal data of our students or alumni (to respect student privacy and the data protection measures provided by Organic Law 15/1999).

The School communicates job offers to students, and it is the students who contact the companies providing their details and resume.

The Job Board service does not participate in the selection process for job candidates. In this regard, the School does not notify the job offer to the student who best fits a job, but to all students who meet the minimum requirements.

In general, students receive communications from the Job Board within twelve months following their registration for the service. After this period, priority is given to more recently registered students.
