En|Principi. The Jewel Turned Image. A Showcase of EADT Talent at the Antigua Audiencia of Tarragona.

Different proposals from the various training areas taught at the Tarragona School of Art and Design can be visited at the Antiga Audiència, the historic building in the Part Alta, as part of the En|Principi cycle.

The first approach was an exhibition of works from different areas that explored themes of territory and depopulation. In this second proposal, which we inaugurate on March 28, the exhibition "The Jewel as an Image" showcases works by second-year students from the Higher Vocational Training Programs (CFGS) in Jewelry and Photography.

Visitors will find jewelry pieces capable of generating a personal, unique, and innovative discourse around everything the world of wine represents. These pieces push the limits of what we understand as jewelry and interpret the wine world in multiple, enriching, and highly original ways.

Building on this work, students from the CFGS in Photography have photographed more than thirty jewelry pieces, which have been compiled into a catalog and will also be showcased in the exhibition.

The exhibition "The Jewel as an Image" will be open to the public from March 28 to May 3, 2025, during the following hours:
