Internacional Museum Day

As every May 18, we celebrate the International Day of Museums (DIM), the great event organized by the International Committee of Museums (ICOM) since 1977. It is the day when museums are the protagonists and open their doors to offer an attractive range of activities and to make visitors and the population aware of their importance in the development of society.

This year's theme, Museums for Education and Research, underlines the fundamental role of cultural institutions in providing a holistic educational experience. That day advocates for a more conscious, sustainable and inclusive world.

Museums are dynamic educational centers that encourage curiosity, creativity and critical thinking. In 2024, its contribution to research is recognized, providing a platform for the exploration and diffusion of new ideas. From art and history to science and technology, museums are vital spaces where education and research converge to shape the understanding of the world.

We are looking for fertile land, free Enclaves. Small refuges in the everyday sphere that become a root nursery that is able to grow temporarily autonomous spaces that allow us to search for new ways of relating, sheltered under a gear different from the system that moves us, but that does not it moves us

Lands where beauty IS, inhabits us and transforms reality. We believe that it is in this journey that new paths emerge that can help us see the world from a different perspective. A world where the composition of the parts, of each one of them, is essential to be able to become part of a whole.

The result is a delicate, fresh, poetic and lively show where dance, audiovisual, text and the atmosphere created through the original music live together. Enclaves libres, invites you to immerse yourself, through its different passages, in a suggestive and dreamlike world with the intention of bringing the viewer closer to an intimate look at love and freedom.
